Steps
1) Heat a large pan on medium heat and add the sliced bacon. Cook until
crispy, then remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Remove some
bacon grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pan.
2) Add the onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until it's
translucent.
3) Add the garlic, mustard, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and give it
a stir to combine.
