Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
1) 2 packed tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (no stems)
2) 2 packed tablespoon chopped cilantro
3) 2 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
4) 1 clove garlic, minced
5) 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
6) 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
7) 1 tablespoon water
8) 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
9) 1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
10) 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
Steps
1) In food processor, mix and pulse ingredients.
Notes
1) Can substitute apple cider vinegar for red wine vinegar.
