Ingredients
1) 1 tablespoon ground cumin
2) 1.5 teaspoons ground coriander
3) 1.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
4) 1.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
5) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
6) 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
7) 05 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Steps
1) Combine everything in a small bowl or mason jar.
Notes
1) The seasoning will last 6 months stored in a half pint mason jar in the pantry.
After 6 months, it’s still safe to use but will lose some of it’s flavor.
