- 1) 2 garlic cloves, crushed

- 7) 150ml chicken stock
- 8) 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 9) 2 tablespoons tahini
- 10) 3-4 egg noodle nests
- 11) Sesame oil
For the Red Thai Curry Paste:
- 1) 5cm ginger, peeled
- 2) 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3) 1 shallot, peeled

4) 1 blade lemon grass, roughly chopped
- 5) 15g fresh coriander/cilantro
- 6) 2 tablespoons tomato purée
- 7) 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8) 1 teaspoon cumin
- 9) 1 teaspoon coriander
- 10) 2 teaspoons honey
- 11) 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12) Juice of 1 lime
