Ingredients
1) 1/2 cup sugar
2) 3 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
3) 3/4 cup cocunut milk
Steps
1) Cut pineapple into chunks.
2) Puree in a blender with sugar, and coconut milk until smooth.
Notes
1) To make a sorbet, chill thoroughly then freeze in your ice cream maker.
