Peach Cold Brew Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients
1) 1.5 tablespoons lemon ginger tea (or 3 tea bags)
2) 1 peach
3) 5 leaves of fresh mint, torn
4) 3 cups of water, cold or room temperature
5) honey or sweetner of choice (optional)
Steps
1) Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or glass container and stir to make sure the tea leaves properly infuse the water.
2) Cover the container and put in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
The tea, fruit and mint should not be left in the drink for over 24 hours.
3) Strain out the solids and pur out the tea into a separate container.
Notes
1) The tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
2) Try different fruit and tea combinations such as apple and earl grey or berry tea and raspberries.
3) Mint can be safely ommitted.
