8) Ingredients of flavor of choice (orange or lemond rind, chocolate
chips, extracts, etc.)
Steps
1) Pre-heat oven at 180ÂșC.
2) Separate yolks from whites and whip whites until fluffy.
3) Add sugar slowly while continuing to whip mix.
4) Add flour slowly while continuing to whip mix.
5) Add corn flour slowly while continuing to whip mix.
6) Add baking powder.
7) Add yolks one by one while continuing to whip mix.
8) Add olive oil slowly.
9) Add yogurt and a drizzle of vanilla extract.
10) Spread mold with butter and sprinkle with flour or pour drizzle of
olive oil to avoid cake sticking to mold.
11) Place cake into oven at medium height for 30 minutes.
12) After the 30 minutes have gone by test cake readiness by pricking
the cake with toothpick.
If toothpick is dry then cake is ready, otherwise give it a few more
minutes in the oven.
Notes
1) Cup measurement is determined by size of yogurt, standard measure is
125g.
