Natilla de Huevo
Servings: 3 small bowls | Amount Per Serving: 1 bowl

Ingredients
1) 1 can evaporated milk (450g)
2) 3 tablespoons of sugar
3) Sliver of lemon peel
4) 1 cinnamon stick
5) Vanilla extract
6) 2 egg yolks
7) 2 teaspoons of corn starch
Steps
1) Add milk, sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon stick and a drizzle of vanilla into a pot.
2) Heat slowly until mix boils while gently stirring.
3) Allow mix to cool.
4) Separate egg yolks from whites (filter yolks for smoother texture) and beat.
5) Add egg yolks to mix and stir.
6) Return pot to fire at mid-heat and allow to simmer.
7) Mix corn starch with an inch of water and stir before pouring into mix.
8) Stir mix until it becomes a thick cream.
9) Stir mix until it becomes a thick cream.
10) Add sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
11) Place cake into oven at medium height for 30 minutes.
Notes
1) The more corn flour you add to the mix, the thicker it becomes.
