Servings: 2 | Amount Per Serving: half a pastry
Ingredients
1) 3-4 sheets of phyllo pastry
2) 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
3) 1 block of feta
4) 20-30g of honey
5) 1-2 springs of thyme or rosemary/li>
6) Sesame seeds
Steps
1) Preheat the oven at 170ÂșC and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2) Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets and brush about a tablespoon of olive oil.
3) Place the block of feta in the middle and fold the phyllo pastry sheets like you're wrapping a parcel.
4) Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
5) Once the pastry is done, top with honey and fresh thyme or rosemary.
Notes
1) If phyllo is not available, any kind of pastry though will work.
